Picking & Packing Times
If you order before 12pm Monday-Friday, we aim to despatch your order the same day from our warehouse. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays or at the weekend will be processed and despatched the next working day. However, during busy periods, it may take one working day longer to pick and pack your order upon order confirmation so when ordering please account for this turnaround. Once despatched your order will arrive within the specified shipping times below.
Working days at our facility are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
If your item is on Pre Order – our website will let you know the date you can expect despatch for your order usually within the product listing information.

Customs & EU extra charges
Please be aware that international items outside of the UK may be subject to customs processing and additional charges that we are unaware of.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
*You must provide accurate contact details so that customs authorities can get in contact with the you and arrange any payment of any customs duty owed and release the parcel for delivery.
Tracked Services
You will receive your tracking details to the email you have provided to us. This will let you track your order. Please check spam for this email if you do not receive it.
Delivery Information:
We strive to make sure your order is delivered safely and on time however, we can’t be held responsible for the reliability of local postage services outside of the UK.
Incorrect or Missed Address Information:
If our customer inputs the wrong address or has missed crucial information in the shipping section such as house number, postcode or house names, Bouncy Blow Band cannot be held responsible if the parcel does not get to you. Please always ensure you have typed your correct shipping address into the fields before placing your order. We will always try our best to help you where we can but this may mean waiting for the item to be returned to us before we can reimburse you for the product costs. If the item gets lost or does not get returned to our warehouse due to incorrect information inputted by our customer, unfortunately we cannot refund you for the lost order. Please always check you provide our despatch team with the correct information so that we can send the parcel to the correct address to avoid lost parcels. We know this is frustrating so please ensure the correct information is inputted before you checkout.
Commercial Addresses:
Bouncy Blow Band does not control the time in which carriers deliver the post at any given location so please be cautious and avoid using commercial and work addresses if selecting an untracked service to avoid missed deliveries due to office opening times. If the item has been missed a red card will be posted, check with the local sorting office first before contacting us.
Claims For Undelivered Items:
If the status of the delivery is “Delivered” we can not issue a refund. If you claim you have not received the item(s) even though the status is “Delivered” Bouncy Blow Band is not liable to issue a refund once the status of delivery has been confirmed via our shipping provider. NOTE: The item will be marked as “Delivered” also if the item hasn’t been delivered to you but a card has been left to let you know where to collect it. Always check local collection office first.
Status as “Delivered” But No Items Received:
If the item is marked as “Delivered” by our courier but the customer claims they still have not received the item, we can only issue out a replacement and will do this after 10 working days to allow for delays or for the item to be returned back to us by the courier to our warehouse which can happen in cases where they have been unable to deliver the items or the items have not been collected.
Lost Parcels/No Card Has Been Left
Please notify us within 20 working days of your order being dispatched if you have not received your order or if it is lost by the courier. This will enable us to raise a claim with the courier and ensure a replacement is dispatched to you. If we are notified after 20 working days we are unable to raise a claim with the courier.
