Returns Policy

Due to hygiene policies for hair products you may only return your Item(s) if it has been un used and is in a saleable condition.

Damages

Please notify us right away if there are any issues with your order. You have 30 days to notify us of any damages or to return an item. After 30 days we will assume all was in good working order with your product.

We take every care to ensure that your order arrives to you in good condition. In the unlikely event that your band is not fit for purpose, due to a manufacturing fault, visible defect which renders the product unusable or the product itself (not packaging) has been damaged in transit, Bouncy Blow Band will offer a full refund, including all postage costs provided that you have a video as proof of the damage, started before opening the package received. This is so that we can rule out any sabotage. We will ask you to send back the product so that we can raise this issue with our manufacturer or courier. Once received back and investigated we will issue a full refund for the damages.

Please note our quality control methods are very robust and each hair band is checked and hand packaged individually by our own in house team in the UK. No band will be packaged with any damages present therefor the event in which the band will come broken or damaged is very unlikely. Bouncy Blow Band will not refund or replace damaged clips if you have broken the clip yourself by removing it or when using the band. 

 

Changed your mind?

Within 14 days of receiving the product we also offer a full refund of the cost of the band and postage, if in the event of you changing your mind, or for any other reason you wish to return your purchase, you have notified us by email of your intention to return the band and seek a refund, provided that the package is unopened, and it has not been used. The relevant email address to notify us for the same is help@bouncyblowband.com. If you wish to return after 14 days the price of postage will not be included in the refund.

Please note that the customer must cover any costs of postage to return back the item and we recommend retaining proof of postage. Any loss of items returned in the post is not a responsibility of Bouncy Blow Band. We can only refund items we receive back in a resalable unused condition.

Due to the nature of the products being for personal use, and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept back bands that have been used and won’t issue refunds if we believe the band has been used.

Not fit for purpose in relation to our heatless hair styler does not include circumstances where a customer isn’t satisfied with their results. If the user is not satisfied with their results, we will offer more help and tips in how to use the band but ultimately everyone’s hair quality and hair type is different, and results will differ so we unfortunately cannot offer refunds if the customer wants to return after using the hairband. We specify under each product description that the products are non-returnable before you add the item to your cart.

Please note that your legal rights are in no way affected by our return policy. Full details of you consumer rights are available from your Citizen’s Advice centres.

 

How to Return

Contact our customer service department help@bouncyblowband.com  and request a “Return Goods Form”. Print this form and fill in the relevant sections to indicate which Product(s) you wish to return.

 

Return the items in the same condition as they were received, Unworn and unopened.

Once we receive your returned parcel we will inform you that we have received it and process the refund.

Payment Return

If the steps outlined above are not followed, in particular, if the Returned Goods Form is not included in the returns package, this may result in loss of, or delay in us receiving your returned Product(s). We will not be able to process a refund until we have received your returns package including the returned goods form.

 

Please Note:

We recommend that you use a tracked and insured service, as we will not be liable for any risk, loss of or damage to your Order. We do not cover the costs to return the order if outside of the 14-day cooling-off period.

You should expect to receive your refund within 21 days of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3-10 business days depending on your location), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
